SHIPPING & RETURNS

Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

Check your spam box. You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at info@shoparq.com or check your account, if you made one at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will process and ship your order within one week upon receiving your order (excluding weekends, holidays, and in the event that we are holding a special promotion and receive an influx of orders). Your order will be shipped USPS First Class if you’re in the United States, which takes an est. 1-3 business days. If you are outside the US, it will be sent USPS First Class International which is a $15 flat rate, no matter how large your order. It will take approximately 2-4 weeks (sometimes sooner, especially Canada, and occasionally it will take longer). International shipping does not include duties/taxes your country may collect.

Can I get expedited shipping?

We offer $5 flat-rate, 1-3+ day First Class shipping on all US orders every day. We are working on an expedited US shipping option. We do not currently offer expedited international shipping. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes! We will ship anywhere that offers insurance on your order, but please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept return 100% of your purchase on unused items within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Email info@shoparq.com and we will take care of it right away! Undies (bottoms) are final sale. No returns- (we're sure you understand!) xx

I received a delivery notification but my package is not here.

9 times out of 10 your package will show up within a week! Once the package has left our warehouse, USPS is responsible for your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Visit their website for instructions on how to make a claim. 

What size should I get?

Use our size chart and additional sizing tips on certain product pages as a guide and please feel free to email info@shoparq.com for additional sizing help! We are happy to walk you through it and give our best suggestions based on your measurements and needs!

When is your next restock or new collection?

We do are doing our best to meet demand and make product available as soon as it is shipped from the factory to warehouse. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts! They work!

When is your next sale?

We are not a company that bases our business or pricing model on sales and promotions, so markdowns are rare if they happen and will be announced on Instagram or via email. Join our mailing list for any early or exclusive information in this regards.
